Boy Max sure is out numbered!! And it's only getting worse! My Sister in Law Nikki announced to the family at Christmas that she is expecting another little girl in March! We are so excited!!

We celebrated Christmas in UT on the 19th which also happens to be Abigale's Birthday! It was quite fun and I am glad we did it there so we didn't have to lug all the stuff back and forth on our vacation! The kids really enjoyed themselves...as you can see!

In Arizona we got our stockings from Santa and a few gifts from Grammie and Papa and a gift for each of the kids from their Great Grammie and Great Papa which we weren't expecting!

I however came down with a fever and sore throat and on Christmas Eve day I was running a fever of 102.3...I took some Tylenol and went to our annual Nielson Christmas Eve party and was avoided by everyone like the plague...haha. Later that night my fever jumped to 104.6. Needless to say I called my midwife cause I was concerned about what my high fever could mean and they told me to go to the ER! I was not really looking forward to doing that on Christmas Eve so I took more meds, some antibiotics and got a blessing from my husband, dad and bil Chad. Turns out after a few days of antibiotics the fever died down and so did the sore throat, so I am thinking I got strep! The holiday hasn't been too eventful for me but that's okay!! I hope everyone else's Christmas went off without a hitch!

My sweetheart Abigale is 5! I can't believe it!! For her (early) birthday this year we took a few friends to the bowling alley and had a party! The girls really enjoyed it and so did we!

My sweet Lyla Belle has glasses now. She was having issues with one eye crossing in so the pediatric oppthamoligyst (sp?) said that glasses would help strengthen the eye muscles. Turns out our little lady is blind as a bat without her glasses on and it makes me wonder why we didn't realize she need glasses sooner. Just a word to the wise...if your little one is really clumsy and always hurting themselves on things...they might need glasses!! Oh well! She sure is cute in them!!!!

Aunt Shannon came home for a week at the beginning of October and brought her boyfriend Corum with her! The kids really loved having him and he was really good to them!! This is them before they made pizzas together one night for dinner...

This past Monday for family night we went to Day Farms to get our pumpkins!! The weather was so wonderful and the kiddos sure enjoyed it a bunch!! Here is Lyla waiting for the hayride!!

Yes...I know that I have been a bad blogger lately! I am SORRY! Spencer got a text from one of his buddies saying that since we haven't updated in over a month they have no idea what's going on with our family...so I have felt bad and have been meaning to update for a while! I was all pictured out after our month long vacation in July so I don't have very many pics since then...but here are a few for your viewing pleasure!

My sweet Abigale started preschool again! She is so dang beautiful!!! She is growing up too fast and is way too smart for her own good! ;)

Max! I can't believe how fast this past year has flown by...his 1st birthday is next Saturday and I want to know who hit the fast forward button on my baby's life!

I don't have a pic of Lyla all by herself but she has come leaps and bounds since July. She is fully potty trained and is in panties both day and night! She is still too young to have started preschool but we are doing book babies once a week at our library and she is enjoying that!

We just had our family pictures taken today by Spencer's cousin Andrea! She is so great to always help us out for photos!! I can't wait to get them back!! Finally a family photo with all three kids in it! Well, life for us is going great!! Things sure are looking up and we are very grateful to our Heavenly Father for all he provides for us! I hope all is well for everyone and I will try to keep you updated more often! Max's 1st Birthday party is gonna have tons of pictures...I am sure!!

Wow...well July has been a crazy/great month for us! We spent the first three weeks of it vacationing in Cali and then Arizona! What a blast...here are some pics to recap a little of the fun we had!!

Other news for our family that we found out in July is that Spencer got a JOB!!! YAY! And not only that but it is at his old High school! So it is about two miles away from our house!! SO NICE! We are so proud of Spencer and know that he will do great as a school counselor and Viewmont High School is lucky to have him!! Wow, well that was a long post if I do say so myself! I am so grateful for all of the blessings that my Heavenly Father gives to me! I know that he loves me and my family and knows what's best for us!

Alright guys, so my camera is a Kodak easy share but the easy share button broke or something so I haven't been able to get the photos off of my camera...so I took the memory card out and put it in another camera and there you have it! So here is from this past week all the way down to Easter...ENJOY!

So PROUD!!! It was cold and raining slightly but here we are after Abigale's graduation ceremony!

My sweet Abigale graduated Preschool this past week! She is such a blessing in our lives!!!

We spent the weekend in Park City with the whole Keddington Clan as Shannon is moving to AZ in a few short weeks, we had a lot of fun as we always do when we are together!! We were going to go to the Alpine slide but it is still closed as there is too much snow still so we went to the Olympic Park instead!!

At the Utah Olympic Park the other day and got our family pic in the Gold medal winning bobsled! AWESOMENESS!!! After this picture we walked (AKA HIKED) the entire bobsled trail...it was a mile long each way...but the little girls wanted to do it!

Spencer graduated with his masters on our 6 year anniversary! What a GREAT day it was!! I am so proud of my hubby and all of the hard work he does for our family!!

Well frankly I can say that I am sick of doctors this week. I had to go three times for Max as he had croup and then bronchitis. But probably the worst of all was having to take Lyla in because she was running around in circles with Abby in the front room and fell into the hearth on the fireplace...OUCH. Here she is happy as a clam with her band aid on! Look at that cut. It is about 1 inch + and is right above her right eyebrow. I am really sad about this as she will have a scar on her face forever!

We were told by the doctors that anytime we take her out in the sun for the next year we have to put sunscreen on it...dang! That is so high maintenance! She was and always has been a trooper about getting hurt, although she still has a grudge towards her grandpa, who held her head down/still while the doctor put in the 5 stitches.

Seriously people...Lyla is the only one of my kids that gets hurt. She is 2 1/2 and she has already had a broken arm, broken nose, and now this. It makes me so sad!

I thought I would throw in a few of the kiddies as well as they are getting so big! It was a balmy 50 degrees out the other day so we took the girls out to ride their bikes they got for Christmas...Max was "sunbathing"

I won't put up a picture of what Lyla can usually be found doing to Max when mommy steps out of the room...she literally loves him to death...or tries! She can usually be found holding her hands or other things over Max's mouth...yeah, I don't leave him down in her reach very often!! I hope everyone is doing well, sorry that I am such a SLACKER! It's crazy here!

Now I know what you are thinking...I thought she said that he was better at eating when he was in his bouncer...this is an exception! He was in a phase for a little while where he was being an aggressive eater... COME HERE FOOD! Seriously though, he would grab my hand and pull it towards his face...and I can't control my hand very well when he does this so it gets all over!

Oh yeah, that's the good stuff!

What? It's all gone??

As of now Max nurses at 8:30 am, then eats a veggie and a fruit baby food at 12, then nurses at 3, then eats a different veggie and fruit baby food at 6, and then finally nurses at 9 and is off to bed! This kid is a CHUNK! I can't wait for his 6 month appt to see how much he has grown!

Well Max started eating baby food after his 4 month check up! He is getting so big!! Well here is my first attempt at feeding him, I think it went pretty well although it was quite messy! From this attempt on I have sat him in his bouncer instead as he can't wiggle around as much and the food makes it to his mouth easier! YUM SQUASH! Tummy time!

We got a heart shaped pizza for the girls to enjoy!!

Daddy got us flowers a couple of weeks before Valentines to save on the big buck prices! They were great and my roses lasted until Valentines...the girls daisies didn't do so well!

On Valentines morning we gave daddy the card we made for him (no pic) but it was so cute and had the girls hand prints and Max's foot print! LOVE IT! Anyway, that was it...Valentines on a budget!

Starting off we move back to December 18th, Abby had her first big girl birthday party where only friends were invited! The meal for this princess themed party was pb&j sandwiches...doesn't sound hat fancy but the bread was pink and they were shaped liked hearts and flowers!!! Skipping ahead to the 19th of December...we did Christmas with the Keddingtons as we were going to be in Arizona with my family for actual Christmas. Also, Abby's 4th Birthday!! She is getting too OLD! Back to xmas...the girls got BIKES!!! And loved them!!

My cousin Rachel made the super cute ties that Spencer and Max are wearing and my cousin Amanda gave me the idea for the flower belt and headbands that I made for the girls and I...I am so pleased with how they turned out!

We got this last minute shot of all the girls together...it was a happy and sad moment all at the same time... It's been a while since these girls were together as AJ and Nikki moved to Texas this past summer. They had so much fun playing together and we can't wait till we see them again in California this summer!!

I can't believe my baby is already 4 months old...you blink and they are all grown up. Abby keeps telling me that she is a big girl and that I am going to be sad when she grows up...she has no idea how right she is. In fact, I almost always cry after she says this to me. Wow, the wonders of being a mommy. Life is good! Spencer and I are slowly but surely coming up on our 6th wedding anniversary and I can't believe how it has snuck up on us! We have a 4 year old a 2 year old and a 4month old to keep us busy. We wouldn't have it any other way!! Life is good, God is Great. We are so grateful for all of the blessings we have and for the wonderful opportunity we have to be members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!

Max was blessed on 11-14-2010 at the Keddington Home by his father Spencer and his loving Grandpa and Papa, and uncles Derrick, Nate, Peter, Chad, and my cousins husband Bodi. Along with our great Bishop, Max was surrounded by wonderful men with alot of love.

My little sweeties really enjoyed "Halloween" this year. We celebrated with our ward party and trick or treating on Saturday this year as Halloween falls on Sunday. We had a blast and didn't get poured on as we moved the party inside at the last minute!

Grandma K bought the girls and Max some Halloween shirts/outfits. They are super cute! The girls shirts say SPOOKY! and Max's outfit is just a jumble of Halloween characters and little words that say Trick or Treat.

I let the girls hold Max...Lyla just loves looking at her baby brother...and giving him kisses too!

Life in the Keddington household has been a little frustrating and slow all at the same time. It is really hard to keep Max home and inside without making the girls and I crazy from isolation too!! We are slowly trucking on....Max is three weeks and two days old!! WOW!

YES I AM A BAD PERSON....

Here is Max with his daddy at his first BYU game. He was 2 weeks 1 day old. Although the doctors advised us not to take Max out for four months and then through RSV season, I had the itch to get out and get to a BYU game before the cold season hit. Of course I had to take the babe because HE NEEDS ME...so he thoroughly enjoyed himself. He slept most of the time and ate twice. Overall it was a great outing. Plus I figure since we were outside the germs weren't as bad because they weren't all stuffed into a building or a room... ;)

My sweet boy Max got to come home today! We are enjoying every minute with him and his sisters are loving having him here to give loves to him anytime they want to!! We still have to work on being soft with Lyla but we will get there!! Doctors orders are that we can't take Max anywhere with crowds for 4 months and until RSV season is over...it's gonna be a long winter! Worth it as long as he stays healthy!!

Okay guys, I am sorry in advance because I don't have a picture for this post...I was too excited! Max is doing so good! He is completely off of his oxygen and has been since yesterday night! They also took him off of his bili lights today! He got to nurse today for the first time and he was a champ! The nurse said that Max will need to start taking all of his feedings by mouth for at least 48 hours and gaining weight before they will discharge him... :( but hopefully that won't take too long! Maybe we will have our sweet boy home next week!!! It will be a great day in the Keddington household when our whole family can finally be together! Thanks to all of our family and friends that have been and still are praying for Max! Heavenly Father certainly answers sincere prayers of faith!

Our little Max is doing so much better today! As of last night they switched him off of the C-PAP and onto a high flow oxygen line! He started feedings last night through a feeding tube in his belly...and so far so good! He looks so much better to me! He does have some jaundice so they put him on some Billi lights today.

We got to hold Max last night as he is off of the blood pressure monitor in his umbilical artery. First time Daddy has held Max! I think Max could tell his Daddy was near!

As of this morning they have turned down Max's oxygen to 3 liters instead of 4. He is stable at 21% oxygen which is the same as room air. They still have him on his high flow oxygen because he is still on the Nitric Oxide. But that has been turned down to 2...and will be off shortly! They have increased his feedings from 6 ml to 13 ml and are feeding him every three hours now! We are so excited with his progress!! Thank you to everyone for your continued prayers in Max's behalf. Several nurses are quite surprised at how much of a turn around he has made in such a short time. It is just a pay off of the faith of all of his family and friends in Jesus Christ's healing power. We are so grateful for the knowledge we have of Christ and that we can lean on him in times of struggle for strength!

Hey guys, first of all I want to apologize to you, if you have sent me messages and I have not gotten back to you or texts or comments...I am just running a million miles a minute right now with this whole situation and it's hard for me to slow down long enough to communicate personally with a lot of people! So to the update...as of this morning Max has been taken off of his blood pressure meds. They will be taking him off of his ventilator today. They are not sure if he will go back down to the C-PAP or if he will just go to a high flow oxygen line...but both are better than the ventilator! They will be weaning him off of his Nitric Oxide in the next day. His pulmonary hypertension is looking better but is not completely gone yet, they will probably do another echo cardiogram on Thursday to check again. Overall this is MAJOR in his recovery! Thank you to all of you for your faith and prayers for our son Max...it is helping in ways we could never have dreamed!

Our little Max is doing a little better today. They turned down his blood pressure medications and have lowered his oxygen parameters (meaning that he is getting better and doesn't need so much help with the oxygen) also he had another echo cardiogram (ultrasound of his heart) this morning, and although we don't have the official report back yet the tech told the nursing staff that it looks like his pulmonary hypertension looked better. So if that's true then they will be able to start weaning him off of the ventilator. Once he is off of the ventilator he will be able to actually start eating!! YAY! He only weighs 5 lbs 4 oz right now so I am hoping that they will start fattening him up soon! We sure do love this little boy. Such a sweet baby!

We are so grateful for your continued prayers for our little guy! We sure can feel the influence from our family and our friends and the love that is being outpoured to our family at this difficult time!

Hey guys! We are trying to get the word out on our little boy Max William Keddington---We are asking everyone no matter what your faith to pray or fast for our little boy with us on Sunday. He is in the NICU as he was born early. We found out today that Max has Pulmonary Hypertension...meaning that he is working too hard to get oxygen in his blood. It means alot of other things too, but we won't go into it all! Our sweet little boy is going to have to stay at the hospital for an undisclosed amount of time and we are hoping that the faith and prayers from all of you will help! Well he is here! He was born today at 11:12 am and is just a little peanut! He weighs 5 lbs 9 oz, and he is 19 1/2 inches long. He was born at 36 weeks 3 days so he is a little on the small side, he had to be taken to the NICU and is still there. He is on oxygen and needs to get his blood sugar up, but after that he can come back to his Momma! I am going to go down and see him as soon as my left leg gets some feeling back in it!! I miss him!!! He looks just like Lyla did when she was born but Max has darker hair than Lyla. We will see what the color really is once he gets a bath! We are so excited to have him in our family and his sisters can't wait to meet him today after their naps!!

Abigale's Preschool called and they want her to come three days a week instead of just two. They said that Abby did so good and was a very good listener and sat still and played well with the other kids that she doesn't need to wait till she is 4 to come three days a week! YIPPEE!! Here is to having Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to spend time with my little Lyla Belle all by herself before Max comes! Yay Abby! I am so excited for you!!

So this post is a compilation of what we have been up to since Saturday. I made the girls these cute BYU shirts for the new season. (It was supposed to be an easy project that my cousin Amanda and I had thought up but we shortly realized it wasn't going to work out the way we planned...) On the front it says Gooo, with a little Y decal at the bottom left (my idea!) And on the back it says Cougars! I think they are so stinkin' cute! And for about $4.00 a shirt, it came in under the cheap $5.00 shirts for the season that I would have had to alter anyway to fit my girlies!!

Here are my sweeties before the game with Cosmo. Lyla was a big talker before we got to him that she wanted to see Cosmo but as it turns out he is a little scarier in person! Abby was pleased with herself!!Here is the B-Day card that the girls and I made for Spencer. His b-day was yesterday!Abby and Lyla put their handprints and then wrote Daddy Birthday wishes! Helping Daddy open his present...

Yum! Candy bars! Spencer is smiling like that because he noticed that the candy bars included his and MY favorites! ( I know this looks like a bad present but Spencer also gets BYU season tickets every year for his birthday from me too...so there! Oh and I also made him a Strawberry Cheesecake!)

Here is my Abigale! She went to Preschool today for the first time! She had so much fun and learned all about the letter A...she can't wait to go back next week!

Abby gets to go to preschool on Mondays and Wednesdays until she turns 4 in December and then she will go Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays!! Yippee for this new step in her life!! My little baby is growing up!

Well folks, I have to say that I am quite ashamed of myself and my ability to keep my blog updated. Since I have been a stay at home mom with the girls time just seems to slip away and I don't know what happens to all of my good intentions...but I guess that's life! Here are some photos for ya. The first is out of order but I couldn't resist! It's College Football season again and today you are supposed to wear your teams colors and shirts...so here you go. I told the girls to make their "cheese" faces...it looks painful to me!! These are from when Lyla and I went to AZ in July for a baby shower for Max. Lyla liked the water for about ten minutes this day...

More recent...just this past Friday (see I am getting better) Abigale got to be a mini cheerleader at Viewmont High School for their season opener in football, here she is before the game all bundled up under the umbrella...it POURED for a good 15 min at the beginning of the game!

Well that's it for now, since I don't have photos. Alot has happened the last month or so since I have posted, I no longer work for WRA and am a stay at home mom. I have been to AZ and back and had 2 baby showers along the way for Max. Spencer has finally started his internship for Granite School District and we are excited to get it over with. We have moved in with Spencer's parents again and are enjoying the new experience all over again. I am still not sure how I feel about being a stay at home mom but I am sure it will grow on me! Abby starts PRESCHOOL in Sept and is SUPER excited about it! So AM I!! Also, we are looking forward to when Max will show up...cross your fingers for the 1st! Football season is coming up too fast and we got our tickets in the mail today...Spencer couldn't be happier! This is the best time of the year for him and he has convinced Abigale likewise...

I will try to be better about getting photos of the girls as they are growing up quickly and amaze me everyday at how dang smart they are...and cute too of course!

Summer Fun & California!

On the 3rd of July after we went to the city parade we took the girls back to Keddington's and let them run through the sprinklers with their aunts. They had a blast...and little did we know it would be the only sun they would get for a while!

This is at Belmont Park...which is a stop we always make when we go to California. We had a good time and Lyla and Abby really enjoyed the rides!

Glad there is two of them that can ride together on these things...now Spence and I don't have to climb in and out of these 1 min rides!

This year Spencer and I did the "GIVE A DAY, GET A DAY" with Disney, so we took the girls to Disneyland and my parents came along too! It was a great day and the girls did surprizingly well for not having a nap all day.

We had a blast at Disneyland and were surprized that Abby went on all of the rides that she did and actually liked them too!! Maybe not at first...haha!

The following day we went to SeaWorld with Grammie and Papa and My sister Natalie and her kiddos came too! The weather in Oceanside (ALL OF CALI for that matter) was really cloudy and cold ALL WEEK, so we did more things out and about than we normally would.

It was in the 60's and cloudy all week long! BUMMER! We still enjoyed our vacation even if Mommy didn't get the much needed tanning time on the beach!

It is nice to be home and will be even nicer when we actually get to sleep in our own beds tonight!

So I promised I would upload some of the family photos we took for Father's Day, so here they are...My sweet Abigale. I cannot believe she is going to be four this year, it's CRAZY! My Lyla Belle. Wow, I haven't been very good at posting lately! Starting from the top my sweet baby Lyla Belle is now in nursery!! She loves it so much!!! I can't believe how fast she has grown up!! Jump on it was so much fun and the kiddos had a blast, Abby didn't want to jump for a while because she was scared but then we found some trampolines that weren't so bouncy and she had a blast on those! I got the girls hair cut for the summer and also in preparation for their Aunt Alicia's wedding in June. I think they look so cute! It makes Abby look so grown up!

A new time in our life has started...my brother AJ no longer lives in Utah and that really is going to take a bit of getting used to. Spencer and I have been taking the girls to Provo almost every week to have play dates with their cousins so it's gonna be hard! We will miss seeing you guys!!

This is a photo of my sweet girlies before we went to get Uncle Derrick from the airport...sadly after this my camera died and we couldn't get it to recharge FOREVER!!! So since the beginning of April I haven't gotten any pics of my girls which really frustrated me... So last night I labored tirelessly to figure it out and Spence and I finally got it to charge so I took photos of my anniversary present and my mother's day gifts.
First on the list is this ladies...

I kept telling Spencer that five years was the DIAMOND anniversary!! So yeah, he believed me! ; )
My sweet Abigale got me this necklace for Mother's Day.

I also got these flowers from my hubby and Lyla made me a cookie flower in nursery. YUM! I also got chocolate covered strawberries which are not pictured but were very yummy!

This year we have a sweet bunch of boys in our home which got me these roses and all signed a card for me as well. We have a boy from Hawaii and he got me macadamia nut clusters...YUMMO! The best thing that I got was this sweet decoration...from our live-in Spencer C.

When it is flipped over it has this on it...

It's a wooden PADDLE!! And all of my boys signed and wrote little notes on it to me! Some like, Mommy Please Don't Beat Me...

Now I am not saying I abuse the kiddos I work with, but sometimes they need a little love tap...so thanks for making it easy to grab off the wall!

As this Mother's Day has come and gone I look back and reflect on the fact that I LOVE BEING A MOTHER! Not only to my own children, which are the cutest in the world, but also to my boys. It really is hard for me not to become attached to these wonderful kids and I am so grateful that I am in a position to influence them in their lives.

I also want to send a shout out to my hubby for making me a mother. I wouldn't want to have done it with anyone else. I love you Spence!

Also another shout out to my mom as well as Spencer's mom. They are both wonderful women and influence me everyday. I love you guys!

So we did Easter on Saturday this year because Spencer and I got to work on Easter..(not complaining...thanks extra $300.00 for the holiday) Anyway, here is a photo of my girls after they found their baskets that the Easter Bunny hid for them!
Abigale was such a good egg hunter...
Lyla would go for one egg and then see others and get so distracted! It was too cute! She did very well too!

My mom and dad came up to Centerville this year and did an egg hunt just for our girls as they did one earlier in the day in Provo for the other grandbabies. Lyla took a spill down the stairs at Keddington's...geez this kid if gonna kill me from STRESS!! I hope that everyone enjoyed their Easter Holiday and that they took the time out to remember Jesus and his resurrection that gave all of us the ability to live again!

Yesterday we took the girls to Provo to dye eggs for Easter. Don't mind that they are all missing their clothing...we didn't want stains!! So here is a pic of Tori, Mayli, and Abigale having fun dyeing their eggs!
This is a pic of Abby's dyeing station. She had a ton of fun and even ate two of her colored eggs when we went home! Lyla was taking a nap so she missed out on the fun!!

Last year we did this as well and it is a great Easter tradition. At least this year we will eat them!! Last year we ended up eating none of them and threw them all away...what a waste!

We are looking forward to this weekend to do egg hunts for the girls with their grandparents!!

It has been a while since my last post! SORRY! Let me catch you up on some of the recent happenings of our life!

Here is a photo of my two girlies! They are getting so big!
Lyla got her cast off...which was a very scary experience for her. Abby seemed to enjoy the whole thing and was laughing the entire time.
One of the reasons I love St. Patrick's Day...Left over corned beef for a lovely Ruben sandwich! YUM!!!
Here is a late photo of my girls in their Valentine's outfits. Lyla had her cast on when the holiday was and I really didn't want it in the photo...so here is one I took in March instead!
My sweet Lyla Belle is such a dare devil...yesterday on the 27th we were helping Spencer's parents plant some flowers in their front yard, and I ran in the house to put something on the counter. As soon as I entered the house I heard Lyla screaming...so I went outside to see what happened. They had taken their eyes off of her for twenty seconds and she climbed up the two cement steps at the porch and fell and biffed it right onto her face! She is such a trooper though! It helped her front tooth break the gum line but it was bleeding quite alot...
Here is a big CHEESE for the camera, also some of the many scratches all over the side of her face.
Yeah we are quite surprised that she is still alive really because she is quite the dare devil....

I am not sure how many of you actually look at the very bottom of my blog page but if you had you would know for a few weeks now that Spencer and I are again expecting our third child. We are very excited and I have made it to 11 weeks (almost) with no complications which we are very grateful for. Hopefully all goes as planned and we will be welcoming a new one to our family in Sept/Oct!

So as I hit enter for my last post Lyla decided that she didn't want to sit on my lap anymore at the kitchen table and jumped to the floor. Well, her arm was twisted underneath her when she landed and thus...I called Spencer crying telling him that I was pretty sure Lyla broke her arm. He came home from work and we left Abby with her Aunt Mandi and then the three of us were off to InstaCare...they X-Rayed it and sure enough...in her forearm there was a clean break through one bone and a fracture in the other...so now she is sporting a sweet pink cast. She is SO TIRED!!! She was crying alot this morning, mostly because she hates the doctors office, and she fell asleep in the car on the way home. It has not been her week...

We love this little girl and are SO SAD for her as she is in pain...but she seems to be alright and the cast will come off in three weeks and then they will x-ray it again to make sure it's healing good and hopefully it is so she won't have to get another cast. Keep us in your prayers!!! Thanks guys!

My sweet Abigale now sleeps in big girl panties all the time! She mastered bed time last and as of Tuesday she has slept in her panties since! She was so happy about it! Lyla Belle finally has a tooth that has actually cut through her gums! She is almost 14 months old but oh well...we are so excited that she isn't going to be a toothless little girl her whole life! So on Dec 19th we celebrated Christmas with the Keddington family and our girls got alot of loot....

Lyla got this talking Cookie Monster which she carries around all of the time and she growls at it...so funny! Abigale and Lyla got a cd player for their room so they can listen to music and dance!

Abigale got this Tutu from her grandma and she loves it SO MUCH! She gave us all a dance show and it was GREAT! She wants to wear this all the time...

This Christmas we are celebrating in Arizona with my family! I am so grateful to live close enough to family that we can do this for the girls and be with all of their cousins for the holidays!

We have been in Mesa for three days and are having a BLAST!! So grateful for the Christmas season!! We are going to see the temple lights one of these days this week so we can talk to Abby and Lyla about the real reason we celebrate this season! I am so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and all of the sacrifices he made so that I can be with my family forever! It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I tell this news to family and friends. Spencer and I found out at the end of Oct that we were expecting another baby in our family! We were so excited and have been hiding this news, as we did with our last child, until we were going to find out the sex of the baby. I was so excited to be a mother of three before I was 25! Today we found out through four ultrasounds that I had blighted ovum...which is where for some reason or another the fertilized egg does not develop and so there is just an empty sack in the uterus. Now I am miscarrying and let me tell you IT SUCKS! We were so excited to have this baby join our family in June but I know that Heavenly Father had different plans.

Scarecrow Festival...
I was lazy to post all of these photos but here they are! The Scarecrow Festival is put on by West Ridge Academy where Spence and I work so we get to work there every year and take the kids for FREE as well!! We got the cousins together and had a great time!

Well, it has been a little bit since I posted so here it goes...BYU Football season is in full swing now and my family is just LOVING it! We got season tickets again this year and my cousin Amanda and her husband Bodi are right next to us which is so great! My little Abigale can't get enough of the cougars and especially Cosmo. Usually during the games we will send her over to her grandparents who also have season tickets one section away from us...so convenient! Or we will send her down to her Aunt who is in the student section on row 2...behind the BYU players (which Abby loves because she gets to see Cosmo up close!) Anyway, when we are in the car on the way home from the games Abby will just be in her seat yelling GO COUGS! Yeah COSMO! Go Cheerleaders!! She is just so silly! Lyla on the other hand, being a wiggle worm like always, does not enjoy the games as much and in so doing makes it hard for Spencer or I to enjoy them to the fullest. But it's alright! Here is a photo of my girls before the Utah State/BYU game last weekend. Don't worry, when we got to the game we put long sleeve shirts and jackets and hats and gloves and tights and all that good stuff on them to make sure they would be warm!! :)Other news is that I can't believe how fast time flew with Lyla this first year...her birthday is coming up and it really makes me want to cry every time I think about it! She is a little character and is always getting into things!! Her new thing to do is walk around with a walk and ride and when she runs into something like a wall or whatever and can't move she will first try to back up and ram the item and then after doing that a few times she will scream until Spencer or I go and turn her around so she can walk more! I think it's funny, Spencer doesn't so much!

Lyla has been a joy in our lives so far and has just made our family that much more happy! She is so cute! She doesn't have any teeth yet but is roaming all over the place, waves hi, claps, says mama...dada...lyla....baba, she is almost always smiling, is sort of giving up on nursing as of late, and loves her mommy, daddy, and big sister Abby! I am so grateful to Heavenly Father for allowing me to have stewardship over these little angels in my family and also for the wonderful loving father that my husband is to them. Joy can be found everywhere even in these hard times!!

FOOTBALL SEASON is upon us! Football and I have a Love-HATE relationship...I Love going to the games and getting into the cheering and winning and all of that, but I HATE the fact that my husband is a super fanatic and has to watch and re-watch the games, listen to sports radio all of the time, watch all of the other teams that BYU will be playing to see how they factor in...yikes! It seems that every year I go through all of this, but I learn to deal! We are so excited for how BYU is doing so far this season, and can't wait to start using our season tickets next week!!

After book babies we went over to my sister Natalie's apartment and the kids got to paint with pudding! My sister also made all of the kids these cute matching aprons that they LOVE and they were oh so helpful with the pudding! Thanks Nat. New Food, Crafts, Camping, and Fishing...

Lyla just loves Spaghetti! We were eating it the other night and she kept smacking her lips and yelling at us so I put some in the handy dandy food processor and she ate it all! YUM!

Last Wednesday we went to Provo and did book babies with My Sister Natalie, and Sister-in-law Nikki and their kiddos and then afterwards we went over to Nikki's house and did crafts! We made these fun necklaces with Cheerios and fruit loops ( Thanks Natalie ) and the kids really enjoyed it!

Abigale got to go fishing and she was really lucky when Daddy was fishing with her, she caught two fish before anyone else caught one!!

We had a blast camping in Mantua, Ut with my cousin Amanda and her family and my brother AJ and his family! It was super fun, we each had a tent and the one we borrowed from Spencer's parents was HUGE!! It was an eight man tent so each of our girls had their own rooms off of the side of ours. Lyla slept like a champ, but Abigale got to have a late night around the campfire! The next morning we had breakfast and then went fishing! It was pretty fun and the kids loved it. On the way home we stopped at Maddox...YUM! We brought home a dozen of their rolls with raspberry butter!! And we also stopped at a Farmer's Market in Brigham City and got some PEACHES!! They are SO GOOD! Melt in your mouth!! It was a great little trip!! THANKS GUYS!!

PEACE We went to temple square this past weekend when my parents were in town and did the whole tour of the conference center and the visitors center in SLC, it was really a nice afternoon and we enjoyed it a bunch! Lyla was posing for Grammie sending a message of Peace...

Abigale thought it was so much fun and every time she saw the temple she said, "I wanna touch it." So cute. Spencer and I took the opportunity to talk to Abby about the temple and how you can get married there and be with your family forever, she was so cute, she kept asking if we got married in the temple and then when we said yes she said why and we told her because we wanted to be a family forever and she said oh, and then she said...I get married in the temple too. I love her so much! She amazes me everyday with all of the knowledge that she has. We were walking around temple square and she saw a statue and was like, Joseph Smith...and I looked and I was like, YOU ARE RIGHT, that is Joseph Smith. I love my girls so much! I am so grateful for my husband and my forever family~

We just spent the last four days with Spencer's Family up at the Cabins at Bear River Lodge. IT WAS SO NICE! We had this awesome cabin all to ourselves (forgot to get a pic...:(! ) It was so great to be able to spend time together as a family. We had NO CELL PHONE COVERAGE! So it was quite interesting to get along...if we wanted to use our phones we had to drive into Evanston, WY! Luckily we had the Internet, so we weren't completely shut off from the outside world! My brother in law and his wife brought up 4 wheelers and we had a BLAST going out on rides! Abigale loved them and kept asking to go on more rides with Mommy!! We went and took these family photos at Provo River Falls, which was so pretty! The water was freezing but made for a great backdrop for our little photo session. My mother in law Helen called the day we were leaving to go to the cabin and said that she wanted to get photos taken for our family Christmas card...so she didn't care what colors just a plan shirt, I think we all coordinated pretty well for having thrown it together at the last minute! All in all it was a great experience and I hope that we continue to have more like it!

We went to the Children's Discovery Museum last Tuesday with my Sister Natalie and her children Carson and Emily, as well as my brother in law Nate and his wife Mandi. It was so much fun and the kids just LOVED it! It is a great activity to do with your kids and they learn a lot there as well.

My little girl is growing up way too fast!! I need time to SLOW DOWN! She is already 8 months old and does tons of stuff that she shouldn't (in my mind.) Lyla is a pro at crawling, she says dada and lyla (although I think that's a flook), she gives some great slobbery kisses, she pulls herself into a standing position and she claps too! I can't believe it! I need another BABY!

We took the girls to the park in Bountiful for the 24th and let them play some of the carnival games. Abigale won this cool noise maker in the fishing game. She was quite excited! We also took the girls to the Bountiful Rec Center to go swimming! They had a ton of fun and Lyla was going crazy trying to crawl out into the water by herself.

We lit off a few little fireworks at Spencer's parents house on the 24th. To do this we let the girls stay up 2 1/2 hours past their bed time...Abigale loved it!

Lyla on the other hand could have cared less!!! She was sooo tired!

It's not everyday that you wake up to find a play land outside your front door. So we decided to take advantage of the fun that WRA provided for the 4th.

Abigale did really well climbing up the slides all by herself!

Well my birthday has come and gone again! This time around it leaves me older and a mother of two little girls. It is crazy how the time flies! Well as you can see from the picture below I was spoiled with possibly one of my most favorite things on this earth...PEPSI! Spencer got me the 36 pack and my friends Chelsey and Drew got me the 24 pack! Abigale and Lyla got me flowers and another 12 pack of Pepsi that isn't in the photo cause it's in the fridge chilling in wait...

Here is my cake...YUM! This is the cake that I have had for AGES for my birthday! I just love it! It has cool whip on it instead of icing...and seriously people, I could probably eat the whole thing myself if I didn't have a husband to stop me! We had our usual game night last night and since it was my birthday we had a couple of other friends over as well. It was great to be able to spend time with friends in celebration...and they even sang and made me blow out a candle! I feel like a little kid again!!

Seriously I think these flowers are a new favorite! I got them for my anniversary in yellow and now for my birthday in green (sorry color is bad in photo) they are called mum spiders...or just spiders for the normal breed. I LOVE THEM!!

This past weekend we went to my sisters apartment to hang out with them and Abigale and Carson had a ton of fun playing together! The last couple of times that we have hung out they have been so good together and I am so glad because for a little while they were both going through a phase and were quite mean to each other.

We had quite the drive home because it all of a sudden started to down pour but it was really cool afterward because there was a super bright rainbow. It was a full one too! I got a pic once we got to the house but it really doesn't do it justice. This one had a ray of sunlight through it.

let Abigale choose what she wanted to wear the other day, so she went into her drawers and said "I wear my soccer shirt." So Spencer pulls out this outfit that my in laws bought for Abigale some time ago. I had it in the bottom of her drawer because if you can't tell from the photo it is still quite large on my little girl...but she just loved wearing it! She ran around most of the day with her soccer ball in hand. She is such a silly girl!

Here is Abby on Grandma's piano. She was a little wary of the camara but usually can be found singing a random made up song of hers...and when the piano is there she likes to play along as well! So dang funny!

Lyla Belle turned 7 MONTHS on Saturday...and this is a photo of her from then. She is starting to crawl around and is scooting all over the place! She is so cute and it makes it really hard to stay mad at her when she isn't cooperating! This look means WATCH OUT MOMMY HERE I COME!

As I was mentioning before...she makes it hard to stay mad! Lyla was supposed to be taking a nap and decided to play with her sister in her crib and giggle! They really are so cute together so I usually give in and let them play instead of enforcing nap time!

HESS CANCER FOUNDATION

Here we are before the race...such suckers! I really almost cried when I came up to the finish line to see my sweet Abigale waiting for me and cheering me on.

Here comes Spence...almost done!

Spencer and I competed in a duathlon today for the Hess Cancer Foundation. We did the short course which consisted of a two mile run followed by a ten mile bike followed by another two mile run. WOWZERS! Well we didn't die and I finished in 2:00:08.2 Spencer's bike wheel went flat around the four mile mark and had to walk to the five mile turn around and call my parents to come pick him up. He didn't get to finish the biking but he did run the last leg of the race and came in with a time of 2:04:28.0! I am so glad it's over! I know that we both could have done alot better but I am so proud that we actually did it "together."

Spencer's sister Shannon got home from her mission on Thursday and has her mission homecoming tomorrow. It is one of the few times that Spence and I will be able to go to a regular ward. We are looking forward to having the day off of work and enjoying the Sabbath. We are so glad to have her back home and Abigale just loves having her Aunt Shannon around to play in her kitchen with her!

I cannot believe that she is already six months old! She is such a wiggle wart! She is already turning over from front to back and vice-versa as well as scooting around all over the place!
